Nic (Annette Bening ) and Jules (Julianne Moore ) is a serene middle-aged lesbian couple with two teenage children, Joni ( Mia Wasikowska ) e Laser ( Josh Hutcherson ), nati attraverso l’inseminazione artificiale. Una strepitosa dramedy, in perfetto equilibrio tra serio e faceto, interpretata da due attrici che dovrebbero già avere nella loro bacheca personale almeno una dozzina di Oscar , affiancate da almeno tre comprimari perfetti: cosa chiedere di più ad un film?
Scritto benissimo directed by Lisa Cholodenko (along with Stuart Blumberg ) The Kids Are All Right is everything and more: it is more politically correct in the everyday family less conventional, is the feeling in every gesture and every word of two mothers who have always had to also serve as fathers is the difficulty of a boy and a girl growing up with some doubts but also with more certainty than many of their peers.
